Stroke skills + underwater video review at EVERY session:

Our blended adult training program will combine expertly designed drill progressions with live video analysis for all participants to enjoy. All training sessions will be presented by expert coach, Jeff Gross. Each session will consist of a rotation to focused stations, targeted freestyle drilling and a group underwater video review of all participants. This novel training protocol will provide the structure and direct, real-time video feedback to take your swimming to the next level.
