Our technique-focused adult swim training group is designed to support a wide range of abilities, offering expert guidance and workouts tailored to every level. Whether you're building your confidence in the water or sharpening strokes you've been swimming for years, each session blends focused technique work with aerobic elements.
The goal is to meet you where you are and help you build toward where you want to be. You'll leave each session feeling stronger, more efficient, and more confident in the water.
As a relative newcomer to triathlon, Lindsay's approach to building on basic skills each week was incredibly helpful. I feel like I have many more tools in my arsenal for continued improvement even after the class has ended. Over the course of 9 weeks, I have taken 10 seconds off of my 100m time, which is huge after several years of stagnant paces. I am so grateful for this welcoming environment for adults who did not grow up as swimmers!

Prerequisite
Swimmers should be able to safely swim a minimum of 50 yards in deep water without support.
