High School Swim Clinic Series

Swimmers train hard; we can take that for granted. However, training hard is the bare minimum for long-term success in competitive swimming. If you want to raise your ceiling as a swimmer, it's all about the details. Often considered an afterthought to one's training, learning to properly execute race details is essential for a swimmer's growth. Through the implementation of the latest in research-backed skills, "The Details" will provide your swimmer with an advantage in the pool.

Jeff Gross, Techniq Group Founder
