“As a relative newcomer to triathlon, Lindsay’s approach to building on basic skills each week was incredibly helpful. I feel like I have many more tools in my arsenal for continued improvement even after the class has ended. Over the course of 9 weeks, I have taken 10 seconds off of my 100m time, which is huge after several years of stagnant paces. I am so grateful for this welcoming environment for adults who did not grow up as swimmers!”
In proud partnership.
Our technique focused adult swim training group is designed to support a wide range of abilities, offering expert guidance and workouts tailored to everyone from those learning the basics to experienced triathletes refining their technique. As we quickly approach open water season, consistent pool work can be a key to maintaining strong mechanics and efficient form. Each session includes focused technique work, with aerobic elements—designed to meet you where you are and help you build toward where you want to be. Whether you’re new to triathlon or training for your next PR, you’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more efficient, and more prepared for race day.
