Every session is written by Techniq Group Founder Jeff Gross and coached by experienced adult professional swimming coaches. Establishing excellent technique early is what builds safe, confident, lifelong swimmers.

Body position, streamlines, and underwater phases for speed off every wall.
Starts & Diving
Competitive race starts plus a safe, structured introduction to diving.

Competitive flip turns and proper open turns for breaststroke and butterfly.
