Program Day B

The below training program should be performed at least three times per week and we much as daily, alternating between “Day A” and “Day B”


Pec Minor Release

1 x 30 seconds on each side


CAT Breathing

2-3 rounds of 5 breathes; breath in for a three count through the nose and out for a 6 count through the mouth. *See note below.

* The mid-back appears more rounded than you or your athlete will desire to create in this video due to the scoliosis of the demonstrator. See below photo for an idea of how the desired position should look in athletes without this condition. 


Shoulder CARs

2-3 Rounds of 5 reps on each side at a controlled pace (1 rep= 1 rotation in each direction).


Deep Squat with Lat Stretch

2-3 Rounds of 5 breathes; breath in for a three count through the nose and out for a 6 count through the mouth.
